Shut the front door

It's a pathetic little picture but it's all I have. Dessert was devoured so quickly I hardly managed to snap this photo with my phone. I threw together some natural coconut milk and vanilla bean ice cream with leftover dark chocolate banana ice cream (made from frozen bananas!), and the combination was so good, twas nearly surreal :)

Irresistible Leftovers

Hubby got all romantic and made dinner the other day. I was chowing down on leftovers and couldn't resist sharing the scrumptiousness. It's chicken and linguine with Alfredo sauce. The green onions, my friend, take this dish to another paradigm. Sublime :)

Next time you get the itch for Italian, whip up this dipping sauce. Maybe even drizzle some in your pasta, like I did. Your mouth will thank you. Your stomach will thank you.
